Every screen below is the actual artifact trail from one real run in Rockwall, Texas. Every stage saves its evidence, so every result can be audited end to end. The visualizer now runs as a private demonstration; we walk it live on a call.
The Problem
Pool builders ask homeowners to sign one of the largest checks of their lives while looking at a portfolio of someone else's projects. The one yard doing the convincing, the buyer's own, never appears in the pitch. The buyer is left to imagine it, and imagination is where six-figure deals stall.
The fix is not better brochure photography. It is a pipeline that puts the pool in their yard, photorealistically, from nothing but an address.
The Solution
A working product built end to end: type any US address and a pipeline of three AI models turns Google's photorealistic 3D tiles into that buyer's backyard with a pool in it. Analyzed, placed, judged, and filmed.
Geocode, satellite capture, then a Cesium camera that computes its own heading from the lot analysis and renders the real backyard from Google's photorealistic 3D tiles. Six stages, each one saving its output before the next begins.
Claude reads the lot and writes the placement brief. The image model places the pool; it wanders, so four edit attempts race for the same brief and Claude QA picks the winner with written reasoning. The jury, not the oracle.
A before-and-after slider on the buyer's actual house, and an on-demand cinematic flyover generated for $1.45 when they want to fall in love with the finished vision.
“A well-proportioned freeform pool with attached spa sits entirely within the target backyard; the house facade remains unaltered and the deck geometry stays clean.”
Claude QA, choosing the winning attempt, from the live run's logs
Inside the Pipeline
Captured from the live run as it happened: each stage writes its evidence to disk before the next one starts, from satellite capture to the finished oasis.
Stage 01 · Satellite
The lot from above: the house, the fence lines, and the empty lawn that started it all.
Stage 02 · The 3D Camera
A camera that computed its own heading for this lot, framing the backyard in Google's photorealistic 3D tiles.
Stage 03 · The Target
The backyard isolated with a bounding box, so the edit model cannot wander next door.
Stage 04 · Four Attempts
The image model is a jury, not an oracle: four placements race for the same brief.
Stage 05 · The Verdict
Claude QA picks attempt three and explains why: pool and spa inside the yard, facade unaltered, geometry clean.
The Oasis · Backyard Oasis preset
The same yard styled with the Backyard Oasis preset: tanning ledge, fire pit, travertine.
The Product · the visualizer interface
The public site any visitor can use: one address field in front of the whole pipeline.
The Reveal Moment
The product's whole argument lives in a single interaction: the buyer's actual house on both sides of a slider, the only difference being the pool. No brochure, no someone else's backyard, no imagination required.

Pipeline Stages
Locate, frame in 3D, understand the lot, place and judge, reveal, fly over. Every stage saves its evidence.

AI Models in Sequence
Claude reads the lot and judges the result, the image model places the pool, and a video model films the flyover. Each does the one job it is best at.
